As a native Chinese, she employs her knowledge and experience to help bridge cultural and business divides through effective communication. Yu Sun established Yuyumedia in London in 2005, which provides cross-cultural communications training services and business strategies to support corporate clients communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts. Roy Graff has made his career in travel and tourism business development with a strong emphasis on China. He has a deep understanding of China's culture and business practices from academia, public and private sector work. From 2002 to 2005, he lived and worked in China's two most vibrant cities, Shanghai and Beijing.

Returning to Europe Roy founded ChinaContact in 2005 in response to the lack of knowledge in the West about China's travel and tourism potential. Roy is a frequent lecturer on China's tourism industry, China online marketing and e-commerce, and sustainable tourism in China. He delivers market access advice and support to clients both public and private from Europe, North America and Asia. Among his clients were Visit London, Tourism Ireland, English Heritage, Peninsula Hotels and Resorts and others.
